Alaskan-born and -bred. I've lived in Massachusetts, Egypt, Morocco, Los Angeles, and now Connecticut, where I am studying Old English and Old Irish literature and trying desperately to keep cooking.
I cook and I eat; I love cheese, leafy greens, chocolate, stone fruit, and noodles. (And beer, of course!)
I spend my spare moments writing, reading, cooking, or thinking about (at least) one of those topics.
